1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
For international orders, please contact us at dimoderno.official@gmail.com before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • During peak periods, sales, or new product drops, dispatch may take slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Typical delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner efficiency.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1,999

  • A flat ₹99 fee applies to orders below ₹1,999

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID and a courier tracking link.
You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You may need to pay additional charges for re-shipping.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, Dimoderno is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Public holidays, strikes, or natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Courier partner delays

If you experience any delay, please contact our support team — we’ll assist you promptly.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Email: dimoderno.official@gmail.com with your order ID and details.
    We will investigate and resolve the issue with our logistics partner as soon as possible.

9. Change in Shipping Address

If you wish to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at dimoderno.official@gmail.com
Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
